Can't make it to Crown but have a few hours free on Sat. April 5th, well come and support the only Timeline History Faire in Texas. Groups from all periods from the Romans to WWII will be showcasing their love and interest in History. Taking place on the grounds of Tejeda Middle School in San Antonio the Faire is free and open to the general public. The local SCA group, the Barony of Bjornsborg welcomes fighters, artisans, and anyone who wants to help this worthwhile endeavor.
Fighting this year will return to challenge matches. To encourage exciting demo fighting, the prize baskets will be broken down into smaller prizes and given throughout the day. Most dramatic death and best interaction with the crowd are examples of what prizes will be awarded for.
As an added bonus the organizers provide breakfast and cool prizes that our Baroness kindly gives out to those who add something extra to the day. For more information contact mbaxter66@satx.rr.com .
