have Volunteered my kitchen services to cook for Rhoadd this Gothic Wars.....
I have a menu for Saturday night dinner..... brisket, sausage, corn on the cob, cole slaw..
what I am having trouble with is the menu for sunday.
what do ya'll think of roast...a "sunday roast dinner" type thing.....?
or another suggestion?

For Sunday I think the Roast is an excellent idea, with green beans and bacon and the trimmings hmmmmm......mmmmmmmm........hmmmmm -

Hey Sven can you make a batch of ONION beer? Sauteeed ONIONS are good too. Maybe some Meat Loaf with huge chunks of ONIONS. Pot Roast with Plenty of ONIONS is really really good. Ah hell, Nevermind I just had a better idea. The items listed above, delete the ONIONS and replace with GARLIC. Now that sounds really good. LOL -

as for the $$......don't worry about it. If you guys/gals want to make a donation after you eat the food, and survive........ fine, if not, that's fine too. I don't expect to be compensated. However, If I am HIRED as a cook (in the future), then that's another story.....<insert evil grin here>

Please bring your own feast gear, or paper plates, or bowls or whatever you are going to eat out of, and drink out of (with your own utensils, naturally). I will have a huge thing of tea made for all to share.
and since I cannot help myself, please feel free to INVITE anyone to eat as well. There will be enough food for 50, I am sure....
